Civillian Shop Controller

Security guards disguised as civilians enter the store as a regular customer. The store is screened in a natural way as the security guard “buys” products like everyone else. This makes it more difficult for potential shoplifters to steal anything. In the event that theft is spotted, the guard will wait until the customer has passed the final payment point (the cashier) before resorting to confrontation. The guard will then present their ID, arrest the person and handle all contact with the authorities.
